ARTICLE 2: Pricing

Product: products shown on this site.

Product images: accurate representations, colours may vary depending on the user’s monitor settings.

Pricing: pricing shown on website, pricing may be changed at any chosen moment.

VAT/BTW: no VAT/BTW charged, this may be changed at any moment if the company changes to a different company type, the terms and conditions may and will be changed.

Shipping: shipping costs may vary, are not included in the product price and will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Errors: we are not bound by obvious mistakes or typographical errors.

ARTICLE 3: Return Policy

Return: we provide 14 days for customers to withdraw from the purchase after receiving their order.

Return conditions: the consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product. The product must be returned in its original state, if the product shows signs of use we have the right to charge the customer for that depreciation.

Hygiene exception: for hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and other hygiene sensitive products cannot be returned if the protective packaging or seal has been broken after delivery.

Return shipping costs: the costs for the return shipment of the product are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

ARTICLE 4: Delivery

Delivery time: the package will approximately be delivered by us or handed over to the selected posting service in 3-4 working days after the order is confirmed. If the order has not been delivered after 30 days the customer has the right to cancel the order. If the order had already been handed over to the posting service, the customer will have to pay for all shipping costs. This includes the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

Delivery risk: the risk of damage or loss remains with us until the goods are delivered tot he customer or a designated representative.

ARTICLE 5: Payment

Payment methods: we accept all the payment methods shown at the checkout page.

Payment deadline: payment is due immediately at the moment of checkout. If payment fails or is not completed, the order will be considered cancelled.

ARTICLE 6: Product

Product conformity: we strive to ensure that all products sold on our website correspond to the descriptions, images and specifications provided. Please note that minor variations may occur.

ARTICLE 7: Complaints

If the customer has any form of complaints they can email contact@progenclothing.be and express all complaints. We strive to answer as soon as possible.
